Cardiau Cryfder (loosely translated as 'strength cards') are a collection of 20 bilingual affirmation cards for children of all ages. Their purpose is to encourage thoughts of positivity, thoughtfulness and confidence about yourself and others through the use of simple but effective statements.
Each card includes an original drawing by artist Jenny Evans. Children can use the cards in many different ways as they grow up - by engaging with the fun drawings, or by reading the aspirational statements with someone or by themselves. They're a great resource for developing bilingual skills too!
Our aim is to encourage children's self-esteem and offer a chance to be mindful.
