Refund Policy
We love our soaps and we hope you do too. Every item is checked, inspected and hand packed before shipping to ensure they are perfect. If for any reason you are unhappy with them please contact sebondwyfor@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving the item and I will be very happy to assist you. Items should be returned within 30 days, buyers will be responsible for return package costs. Items should be returned in exactly as sold condition. Items will not be accepted if they are returned in any other condition unless faulty.
