As an independent online store, we take pride in curating a collection of vegan soy wax candles and other handmade delights that are sure to bring a smile and burst of joy to you. Our journey with Eli and Things began amidst the chaos of the pandemic, when the world demanded change and uncertainty loomed over our lives. In this moment of introspection, we made a conscious choice to veer from the fashion industry (which we were a part of for almost 10 years) and embark on a path that would infuse meaning and fulfillment into our lives. The idea behind Eli and Things was to spread small fragments of joy between people, through the gesture of giving. We hope that our handmade gifts and natural soy aesthetic candles spark joy in all those who receive them and also, in those who gift them. We believe that the act of gifting is an art form, a language that transcends words and speaks to the heart. Each product is lovingly handcrafted by us at our home studio, so that we can ensure each one has a personal touch from us to you. Our handmade treasures, carefully curated reflecting our passion and commitment to celebrating the little joys in life whilst being sustainable and kind to our planet. Delivery policy

We send the vast majority of orders via tracked courier & we aim to ship all orders between 1 and 3 working days after the order has been processed, though we cannot ensure this at times when post volumes are high and post offices may be closed such as time around bank holidays and other circumstances we have no control over . If your order is required for a specific date, please allow enough time for this, you may also contact us via email stating your name and order number and we will do our best to ensure the order is processed and shipped accordingly.

All orders are shipped within 1-3 working days.

Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. You can contact us to arrange a return for a refund or exchange.

You are entitled to return your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is within 14 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation and return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us.

If your return is accepted, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the address provided by us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return with proof of postage or signature and insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit. You can always contact us for any questions about making a return.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Some items will not be eligible for return, these include but are not limited to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, personalised and custom items, damaged items or sale items.

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the item has already been shipped, we would not be able to cancel the order and you would be responsible for sending the item back to us for a refund, at your own cost.
