I opened my small business in 2021 aged 16, I realised that you couldn't buy notebooks, that are readily available and affordable of places across the UK. I realised that there was scope to sell via Amazon and as such I can print and ship my notebooks through Amazon. However, I want to get them further - and that's why I am reaching out to local businesses in order to sell my notebooks and get the business seen. The Welsh language is of huge importance to me and you will see in this catalogue that I have started adding some Welsh products - I also saw a gap in the market for this. Delivery Policy

Most of our resources are shipped with Royal Mail Second Class delivery. Please allow up to 7 days for your order to arrive. If you wish for your order to arrive sooner please contact us at gmnotebooks@outlook.com

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns
1. Time Frame: Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
2. Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories, packaging, and documentation. Items showing signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process
1. Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at gmnotebooks@outlook.com Provide your order number and reason for return.
2. We will get in touch to approve your return.
3. Ship Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for any shipping costs.

Refunds
1. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please contact our customer service team.

Shipping Costs
1. Customer Responsibility: Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
2. Non-Refundable: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
