Personalised Laser Engraved Slate Clock

I carefully select and prepare each tile before I engrave them and I pay great care and attention to the quality of the finish.
This listing is for a single Slate Clock, with personalisation. The hands are shipped but will need assembly to avoid damage in transit.

For Personalised orders, in order to deliver a high quality product I will send a design proof before starting the work.
As these are unique and dependent upon a number of factors, images may be darker or lighter than the proof.

All items are produced to order in my workshop in South Wales, and need a couple of days lead-time to produce them.
Delivery will be confirmed after acceptance of proof.

1. As we only use the 100% natural raw slate and hand-cut it to shape, irregularities on the surface /sharp edges corners and tiny chips off within the finished slate are to be expected.

2. To maintain the appearance of these items over time and hide scratches, a natural/cooking oil can be re-applied using a dry, lint-free cloth. DO NOT wash in the dishwasher; Do not use with abrasive pan scrubs; DO NOT place in either a conventional OR a microwave oven.

I aim to ship next working day if ordered before 3pm.

Payment is to be made up front, and for personalised items, the goods will not be started until an acceptance of design proof received.

The default postal options is Royal Mail Second Class.
My processing and delivery time is normally 1-4 working days.

If I receive acceptance of proof before 3pm I will aim to ship next day.

I do not allow returns of personalised items.
For any issues with your order please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
For refunds please contact us to arrange and you must dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
